I'm not sure if this idea is going to help, but here goes...

If your ice cream cart is something you can transport to different places, why not offer these for parties?  Like the Pritchon, or the chocolate fountain business.

Gawa ka ng party packages, tapos i-cater mo yung ice cream mo sa kiddie parties.  I remeber when I was kid, there was this party which I found so cool (I was about 6 yata) because they wer giving out free "dirty" ice cream from the mamang sorbetero.

Ang downside nito, sasabihin ng parents, pde namang bumili ng gallon gallon nalang ng Magnolia... BUT, iba kasi yung dating ng "mamang sorbetero" type na ice cream eh.

Ewan ko lang kung magcliclick yang idea na yan...

yah that s a nice suggestion. m sure that would click. and its usually much cheaper than the branded ice cream and sawa ang mga bata.

I hope my advise will not turn you down. Do all the best that you can, I know our fellow entrepreneurs have said many ideas that you can incorporate in your business.  But also take into condideration to make it a point that maybe the business is at its last life cycle and it is time to move on. I know it is hard but all failures are the best teachers for your future businesses.

korek! iniisip ko kasi yan ung soft ice cream machine that we see everywhere so transportable nga un... or buy another machine para un ang "FOR RENT" mo. 

kung lalagyan mo ng dips at sprinkles eh yan ang difference mo sa mga by the gallon na ice cream. kung gusto mo naka-costume pa ung staff mo para aliw ang mga kids!

Di koryente kasi yan kaya hindi puede sa movable cart.  Pero ok yong gamitin siya sa mga kiddie party.  E kung ipa-rent mo na lang sa mga caterer.  Tulad nong Chocolate Fountain.
