hi! kami kasi what we do when we make sisig, we put mayo. pero if you're going to use it for business, what some resto put in it, is yung utak ng baboy. make sure na walang hairs yung tenga ng pork na gagamitin mo and finely chop it. best din ito when served with egg, yung habang nagsi-sizzle yung sisig saka mo ilalagay. there are a lot of different ways, you can try experimenting it at your home first. i taste test nyo muna, then make adjustments na lang. :)

My kumpare owns this bar sa bulacan, it's where tumatambay ako every night when i used to live there. He personally cooks for his customers. Deep Fried or Grilled Liempo, Atay nang manok (Nilaga or Adobo), Sibuyas, Siling Labuyo (all finely chopped) and Add Egg as an Option... It's his version. Best serve with a Bottle of SMB. Hmm.. Those were the nights...

the ingredients in sisig -- most are harmful to health. pork, butter, MSG, etc. and the way of cooking itself produces many harmful compounds.

Baka naman may Del Monte pineapple juice sila which is full of antioxidants (to remove the carcinogens in grilled food)... nag-commercial pa... hehe...

As for me everything in moderation is not that bad.  Kung may okasyon siguro naman di na mortal sin if you indulge in some Lechon De Leche (LDL, bad cholesterol  ;D) then flush it out later (via diet, exercise, and what-have-you).  Pero if you eat the bad stuff on a daily basis, hindi ka raw tatanda...

Imagine mo si George Burns na namatay 2 months after his 100th birthday despite the fact na malakas manabako. Ano ba lifestyle nya?

Ever-present cigars, afternoon naps, bridge with his buddies and a couple of martinis each day saw Burns through those 100 years. He also credited his longevity to this philosophy: "Fall in love with what you do for a living. I don't care what it is. It works." (Hindi yung toxic ang environment mo... like minimura mo ng palihim ang trabaho mo at boss mo... >:()

Si Bob Hope also died 2 months after his 100th birthday.  Both Burns and Hope were comedians until death.  I suppose there is truth in saying "Laughter is the best medicine" after all.

Kaya kung sa medyo may edad na ang advice is "bawal ang pork, bawal ang beans, bawal ang shrimp..." siguro more importantly... bawal ang masungit... kahit dito sa forum... para hindi tayo toxic...   ;) ;D :D

oopppsss... super OT yata... ;)

errr...  "mga sunog baga" or smokers pala ibig mong sabihin... I tot you were pertaining to sunog or burnt/grilled food which are indeed said to have carcinogens in them.  Then baga as in alalaong baga...

my brain cells need recharging... nasobrahan sa pork and beans (na de lata)... ;D
