You will just need "Sale of Motor Vehicle" Agreement indicating MAKE, TYPE, MODEL, ENGINE NO. and SERIAL NO. of motor vehicle.

Pag ikaw yung buyer, check mo muna sa LTO kung siya talaga ang may-ari, check mo rin ang chassis/serial no. baka carnap yan...Check mo kung nakasanla sa tao o sa bank.Check mo baka may double sale, etc. In other words, do your homework first before buying that car.

you can check the car history to the LTO office where the car is registered. if you are the buyer, the one who will sell the vehicle will be the one responsible for the deed of absolute sale. after sale, have it notarized. tapos, be sure na meron kang stencil ng chassis# at motor # sa pag transfer ng ownership. reminder lang, check mo yung actual stencil ng chassis# at motor# versus sa certificate of registration. cguro, more or less 3k magastos mo.

god bless...

Paano kung scrap na yung kotse na bibilhin ko? do i still need to look for LTO reg, and other papers? or pwede ng gumawa na lang ng certification?

You can download this online.  Just try to add "Philippines" when you are searching so you will get a localized Deed of Sale.  Hope This Helps
