As I have said it po above, dapat po accredited ng BIR yung CPA...Pag corporation naman po ang ihahandle nya, dapat po accredited naman po sa SEC yung CPA...Meron po kasing CPA na pirma lang ng pirma...hindi na nag-aaudit...Eh kaya nga po tayo nag-aral ng pagiging CPA para magamit natin ito ng wasto...hindi yung basta basta pipirma lang...delikado kayo sa mga ganung klaseng CPA...

oo nga po eh...eh halos lahat na sila sort of "nag-advertise" na rin. it is against the code of ethics nga talaga ng mga accountants. anyway, this is the first and last time na siguro that i am going to do this. my father is the accountant actually. he owns the firm. our firm offers services from business registration to bookeeping to tax consultancy and more. for more information and / or if you want to set up a meeting, you can call 365-1937 or 0917-6243777. pls look for mr. ricky de los reyes. marami nagiging hindi na interesado pag sinabi ko na set up a meeting na lang. kasi yung iba, iniisip nila, na may commitment na agad when you set up a meeting. pero wala naman mawawala kung magmeeting, para mapagusapan nyo at matanong ang ilan pa sa mga bagay bagay na gusto nyo malaman at hindi nyo pa alam. my father has been in this business for more than 10 years already. he is really good at it. and we will not lead you to the wrong path like some accountants are doing. we would make sure that you understand every transactions that you are encountering in your business. yung ibang accountants po kasi, ang gawa is to ask for money and then sasabihin nila na sila na daw bahala. the next thing you know, marami na tax deficiencies.

I beg to disagree. I think advertisement is prohibited only if ur stating that ur very in taxation, or specific accounting field.

bawal mag advertize? sure ka? saan mo nabasa? anong paragraph ng code of ethics?

also, a business which is not reqistered sa SEC and his annual sales did not reached 1.5M, it doesn't need a BIR accredited CPA. if your sales does not reach 1.5M in a taxable year, you are not required to attached an Audited Financial Statements.

for info lang po. baka ma mislead kayo....

peace :D

I think, he was referring po to Section 7 of the Code of Ethics:

SECTION 7
Publicity*
7.1 In the marketing and promotion of themselves and their work, professional
accountants should:
(a) Not use means which brings the profession into disrepute;
(b) Not make exaggerated claims for the services they are able to offer, the
3qualifications they possess, or experience they have gained; and
(c) Not denigrate the work of other accountants.

And yes po, para hindi po kayo mamislead: the CPA Certificate is required if the gross quarterly sales, earnings, receipts or output exceed P 150,000.00

Anyway, thank you po ulit sa lahat ng mga nag-inquire...

At sa lahat ng may mga katanungan po...kaibigan, mag-usap tayo... ;)

are you sure of this? i think ito ang bawal. ito ang against sa code of ethics. ang paninira sa kapwa propesyonal. on record pa. ;D

check nyo po yung post nyo above. section 7 ( C ). "Not denigrate the work of other accountants." ;D

well, for one thing naman po, i am not an accountant naman po.

so, i think, i am entitled naman po to my own opinions.

all the things written above ay galing naman lahat from my own words...

and not from my papa's words who's the accountant...

and besides, he doesn't even know i am doing this for him...

nagugulat na lang sya pag may tumatawag to inquire...

peace... :)
