silk screen - emulsion

hi guys! im new in silk screen printing.. gusto ko lang sanang itanong kung may hinahalo pang ibang materials sa Tulco Photo Emulsion bago iapply.. salamat!

Paano mo iaaply ung design? pwede ba under the sun?

kikopizarro! anong brand ba ng emulsion tinutukoy mo? hehe.. pwede xa yata iexpose under the sun at pwede rin sa halogen.. kaso hindi ko alam kung ano gawin ko sa emulsion.. sino ba nakagamit ng Tulco Photo Emulsion? hey!

matagal na ko nagseminar sa tlrc, pero alam ko yung photo emulsion hinahaluan ng synthesizer bago i-apply sa silkscreen yung photo emulsion

naalala ko ito kasi nuong last ako mag-attempt, na-wash out lahat ng photo emulsion from the silkscreen kahit na na-expose ko na sa light

dito kasi sa angeles, they sell them separately (emulsion and synthesizer).

bago lang ako dito...

pwede sa araw lang, ganun kasi ginagawa ko, wag masyado maraming sentisizer pag sa araw. mga 4-7 seconds mo lang iexpose.

am using tulco photo emulsion mixed with approx 10% sensitizer, pwede iexpose sa araw but i dont know how long, flourescent in a box gamit ko and 3 minutes ang exposure time. pag over exposed mahirap na butasin yung artwork/positive, pag under exposed naman nawa-washed out yung emulsion

ung sentisizer ba ung orange na powder na kasama ng photo emulsion ng Tulco?

seconds lang ba dapat iexposed sa araw?

hey guys! got another problem! pano ba ang correct procedure ng pagtanggal ng sentisized emulsion sa screen? its so hard!


pizaro! nakabili ako ng tulco sentisizer, liquid xa na parang kulay orange.. dito kasi sa amin, hwalay binibili ang emulsion at sentisizer..

queso - sa National bookstore ko lang balak bumili.. P200+ ung 1 bottle w/ maliit na plastic ng sensitizer..

Buhusan mo ng CLOROX, wag ZONROX ah. Hehehe... Basta lagyan mo ng bleach, any brand, after mga 5 minutes pwede mo ng linisin yung screen mo.

Yup kulay orange nga yung sensitizer at pwede i-stock

pag matindi yung emulsion, subukan mo ung powder na bleach tas ibabad mo tol.hehehe

simarun.. .minsan hingi din ako sayo ng payo bout sa pagtimpla ng paint ha.hehehe ..dati sa tulco gamit kong paint, mejo mataas ksi, kya jj virgo muna ako ngayon, pero tulco parin gamit kong chemical. ..dito sa amin (olongapo) binabarat kasi ako, lalo nung nagpaprint yung tumatakbong vice mayor dito.shempre kelangan lowest bid ako.sa bahay lang kasi shop ko. ..mejo nkakabawi nmn na ako ngayon kaya babalik na din cguro ako sa tulco paints.hehehe. ang mahal din kasi magpabagahe lalo pag madami kang iuuwing plain shirts.tksa nakakapagod talaga. ..bukod ba sa pagmix ng superwhite at wetlook, my iba p bang mixing combination para makapagproduce ng comercial type na paint? salamat tol.
