to barber shop/salon owners: how to do handle delinquent employees? ako kase i think i've tried everything. from bonuses and incentives, to punishment and suspension. i've tried reasoning with them and treating them like family, done the pep talk, tackled every single problem from work to family, pero seems like i still haven't found the perfect cure. is there such thing or talagang ganito lang sa business na ito?
i've even tried free board and lodging, salary and commissions, benefits, trainings.. name it i've done it. pero ganon pa din, parating late, parating absent... haynaku
buti na lang i'm earning from this business. pero napapaisip din ako, is the sakit the ulo worth it? sa bagay wala namang business na walang sakit ng ulo
