Company Profile
JC Spicecorp, Inc. was the result of the merger between JC Martin Corporation and Spice Corporation,
JC Martin Corporation was established on July 17, 2002 in response to the growing needs to find non-traditional earning opportunities through benefit sharing and harnessing entrepreneurial skills without the costly overhead expenses. Its prime thrust and mission is to provide people everywhere financial and time freedom, to lift and enhance their living standards through direct selling and multi-level marketing.
Spice Corporation was established early 2004 with the Filipino entrepreneurs and business in mind. The company was established by civic minded people and backed up by young, idealistic public servants, who are more popularly known from the 11th Congress by the name Spiceboys.

Steps on how to get a JC Spice franchise
• Letter of Intent addressed to franchise manager
Franchise application form (completely filled-out)
Sketch/location map of the proposed site
ID training card signed by speakers – 3X BOP; 2X DDP
Guidelines for JC SPICE international franchise
Inquire from the host country the requirements needed for setting up a business center.
Secure all forms and other documents. Submit them to JC Spice Franchise Department for financial assessment.
Franchise Department to forward all the documents to ARL Law Office c/o Atty. Rodel De Guzman to check whether JC Spice can operate legally in that host country.
If the answer is yes, interested applicant is requested to come over to JC Spice Head Office to talk with Atty. Rodel De Guzman regarding business requirements, franchise agreement and other legal matters.
The same amount of Franchise shall apply in foreign countries.
JC Spice shall deliver the products and business package but the freight, taxes custom duties and others shall be shouldered by the Franchisee.
JC Spice in coordination with the franchisee shall determine its own suggested retail price (SRP) of the products and the amount of business packages. This will depend on the cost of shipment, delivery and other administrative expenses.
IME discount rates for products shall be the same in the Philippines but the basis will be the new SRP determined by JC Spice and the Franchisee in the foreign country.
Catalogues to be used in the foreign countries will be the same as in the Philippines only that the SRP is not applicable to them. They will separate pricelist to be used.
