mga sis
do you offer na ba sa salon nyo ang IONIC PERM and yung Botanical rebond ?
Better than regular rebonding medicine, promised :D
Meron na rin miracle hair repair system. ang tawag ay Hair Reconstructor, pag nadamage ang hair at nag brittle, pag apply palang ng medicine na'to biglang bumabalik sa normal. kaya no more worries na sa damaged hair cause by straightening, bleaching, and coloring.

it's nice to point out din na the owners of the salon/parlor should know how things are done like hair rebonding, perming, dye, haircut, etc....para di makapag malaki yung mga beauticians...may mga ganitong employees kasi di ba? pag alam nilang di alam ng owner yung services sa salon mapagmalaki sila....POV lang po...

actually, i like to operate this kind of business. pero apparently, ayaw ni misis magbantay. as for me, i don't intend to give service to customer myself. mas gusto ko yun nasa management levels lang ako. what do you think? should i proceed or jump to other industry na lang. thanks!

Dahil dito sa thread na to, nadiscover ko ang entrep.

Anyway, we just started a salon biz in taytay rizal. Stressful talaga sya. Major problem, manpower. Napakahirap maghanap. Fortunately, we have 2 hair dressers now. But unfortunately, wala pa din kaming junior staff/ manicurista (Baka may mairefer kayo jan. :) )

We're operating for roughly over a month but I am pleased to note that our sales is in an upward trajectory. Kulang na kulang pa din but we do not expect much this early. We are trying to build on awareness kaya we try to be involved in activities/ programs dun sa lugar kung san nandun ang salon. Our target market is not masa, but yung mga middle class up. Based on observation, yun yung market na di ganong na-a-address ang demand. Marami na ang nagke-cater to masa eh. We exerted much effort into making the place look expensive kahit na we didn't spend much. Yung mukhang sosyal but not intimidating.

Currently, tuloy tuloy pa din kami sa pagcome-up ng marketing strategies. Non-stop flyerings. Tapos inserts sa newspapers tuwing sunday very early morning. Then we do internet marketing din.

Nangangapa pa din, but we are determined to make this work. Aja mga salon-ista! :p

Do you think a salon will prosper if the owner is not a stylist?

mas maganda if my knowledge ang owner sa isang business na itatayo niya. ang alam ko may short courses ang TESDA. Try mong maghanap sure na meron.
