Hello,

You can discuss this at the FoodBytes Forum! (http://forum.foodbytesinfoservices.com).

There is a product called black gulaman that is taken from a species of grass instead of algae.

Most of the gulaman recipe out there is pretty standard.  The key is the flavoring used.  One of the more popular sources of flavors is FlavorDay Commercial: (02)731-9188 or (02)731-4592

Cheers!
