Pls refer sa documentary requirements sa taas under Pre-approval for OFWs. Kailangan po di first-time OFW.

Aside from Application Form we will provide the OFW with the following:

    1. Authorization Form - allowing the beneficiary (who receives monthly remittances)
to inquire status and receive loan proceeds

    2. Auto-Debit Arrangement form -  if OFW can't provide Postdated checks

    3. Beneficiary Information form

    4. Special Power of Attorney (to be Notarized and then Signed by Consul)

We can send them the said documents directly to the OFW thru email otherwise we can send the form to the beneficiary so they can send it to the OFW (by courier most probably) to be accomplished and send back together with other requirements.

Moderator says you haven't posted in the last 20 days. Are you still offering the Seaman's Loan?

On the whole, I'm OK with the requirements except that I'm single and don't have remmittance slips to show you. I have some Western Union receipts of cash gifts I had sent to my mother in the past if that's acceptable.

I'm set to leave anytime in the coming 2 weeks. How fast is the release?
