Space rental in mall food courts?

Hi, does anyone have an idea on how much per month is the mall space rental per square meter in SM food courts, Glorietta food court, etc)? Thanks!

fifteen to twenty thousand pesos.
Variations:
-provincial mall can have cheaper rates than those within metro manila
-ayala malls charges differently per season: some months is the standard rate, then goes up when it's peak then goes down below standard pag tag wala.....

don't forget the additional costs:
-shared costs (costs they dump on the customer): electrical, security and maintenance
-VAT
-Electrical
