DTI Business Name Registration
« on: August 31, 2005, 10:12:55 PM »
Hello!

I have just applied online for a business name at DTI. Anyone knows how long is the processing? I am expecting an email confirmation from them. Would I wait for long?

Thanks!

Aside pag register online, you have to past yung ibang requirements na kapost dun sa website and yung business name mo nakareserve lang for 3 days only pagnde mo naasikaso wala ren.

 ninjagirl,

need pa ba magapply ng mayor's permit before dti? o pwede diretso na online apply agad sa dti, di ba pag manual process you have to get mayor's permit muna before dti , panu paglonline?

hello,

you need to get DTI permit first before you get mayor's permit. The mayor's permit is needed naman in registering sa BIR.mabilis lang sa BIR pero yng pagpagawa ng receipt ang about 1-2 weeks depende sa printer

 ;D ;D ;D

Ako, I went straight to DTI to apply.  Di naman ganun katagal.  kapag down lang ang system nila, dun tumatagal.  pero ako, I just went there one time, used up more than an hour of waiting, pero after that, finished na agad.  I got my permit na agad.

does it mean when you have an approved business name, you can start with your business anytime?

Hello!

I also applied on line ng hintay ako ng 2 weeks.
