Innovative Business Ideas
« on: April 05, 2012, 03:29:13 AM »
I was browsing the web earlier when I came across this useful presentation offering guidelines on selecting and evaluating business ideas.

What about you? How do you score, select and evaluate ideas? I hope you don't use a dart board.

Thanks for sharing that presentation, worth reading! :)

In analyzing your business ideas you must be able to pass them through a test to determine if they truly are valid opportunities. All of your ideas must have a demonstrated need, ready market, and ability to provide a solid return on investment.

That's a well presented process to filtering business ideas John. Thank you for sharing. But for me, the greatest business ideas filter is conducting a feasibility study. If a business idea turned not possibility after a research, consideration and earning possibilies, it should be retired of merge with other ideas.
