They are good venues. Why are you giving up these places? Did you run into trouble with them? I think buyers should also have to learn the reason for selling these properties.

I agree that the properties are in good locations. And it is an ignorant question to ask why the owners is selling their properties! To answer that, it is because they want to covert their properties into cash.
