Monthly Room Rates: (ALL IN)
Room 1 - 2500/head - With queen size bed, good for 2
Room 2 - 2500/head - With 2 single beds, good for 2 (Available by September 15)
* For rooms good for 2 persons, okay for 1 to occupy but you will pay for the 2 person capacity of the room.
Room 3 - 4000/monthly - Attic room, good for 1 (Available by Septerber 21)
Room 4 - 3500/monthly - Attic room, good for 1 (with large windows) (Available by September 27)
Room 5 - 3500/monthly - Room good for 1, adjacent to the dining and kitchen area(Available by September 21)
* Inclusive of city services (water & electricity), gasul, mineral water, even dishwashing liquid, wala na kayong iisipin, bahala na po kayo sa food.
* Fully furnished - wala na po kayong dadalhin, damit na lang
* Cooking stove, refrigerator and rice cooker provided na rin.
* With beddings and cabinet
* Garage
* Spacious living room with fireplace
* TV with cable pero sa labas lang po
* Large kettles are provided
* 2 shared bathrooms for the whole house.

Payment Terms: 1 month advance payment. Deposit payment only on your 3rd month.
