i would like to ask for assistance. i have a water refilling station in las pinas city since april 2002 and we're planning to sell it coz we'll be migrating very soon.
what will be the procedure in transferring its ownership to a new management? coz the new one will just continue our water refilling business and i will endorse them to my corporate clients. they will still be using my existing business name.
just to give you an overview of what we're selling, here it is: water purification equipment + kia kc2700 delivery van + containers + 4 corporate clients w/ a monthly gross income of 98,000. the equipment will be transferred to a new location.
