One of the biggest trends for the year 2012 is the localization of online shopping here in the Philippines. Entrepreneur.com.ph expects that there will be more Filipinos shopping online this year, and more retail businesses going online to actually sell.
One of the websites that is banking on the promise of online shopping is SpeedRegalo.com. Entrepreneur.com.ph asked Regine Rafael of SpeedRegalo.com about the future of online shopping and why their website changes the name of the game.
1. How convenient is online shopping on SpeedRegalo?
Shopping online on SpeedRegalo is designed to make it as convenient as possible for the online shopper. We try our best to make the website easy to navigate, and customer service representatives are available to answer any questions customers may possibly have.
The best thing about shopping online on SpeedRegalo is that you don’t have to have a credit card to be able to purchase the items that we offer. Other modes of payment besides credit card and PayPal are bank deposits and being able to pay cash via CashSense at any 7-Eleven or M Lhullier outlet in Metro Manila.
2. Why would shoppers now opt for SpeedRegalo instead of buying the product themselves?
We handle the order process, we handle the shipping and delivery, what more could you ask for? We try to make the shopping experience as hassle free for the customer as possible, hearing out their needs and concerns when it comes to shopping for a particular product. Also, with our delivery service, we make it easier for the shopper to obtain items they wouldn’t normally be able to get as easily.
3. What products can they buy from SpeedRegalo?
We offer a variety of products, from electronics and appliances to gourmet food items such as home made ice cream, delicious hand tossed popcorn, or freshly roasted barako coffee.
In a previous article, Regine Rafael talks about becoming an online entrepreneur by consigning your products.
