A day in the life of the Pepper Lunch king
Nov 10, 2011
If other Filipinos are looking for opportunities outside the country, it’s a different case for this Dutchman who has brought in Pepper Lunch and Air and Odor Management to Manila.
Jeroen van Straten starts his day by checking on his emails as he travels from his house to his office. “I am able to read and reply to a lot of emails with the help of my mobile phone. So when I get to the office, I get to do other things,” says Jeroen.
Juggling two businesses, Japanese casual dining restaurant brand Pepper Lunch and Singaporean Air and Odor Management, is what consumes most of his day, aside from being a father and husband.
To manage his two businesses efficiently, Jeroen has housed the headquarters of his businesses under one roof. “The managers are all here and so if we need to discuss something, we can talk about it right away without me having to go from one office to another,” says Jeroen.
If you are already daunted at the task of starting your own business, be inspired with how Jeroen manages to run two businesses. Watch, observe, and learn with the photo gallery below that shows Jeroen van Straten run his two businesses in one day.
