You can sell peanut brittle at school canteens or during school fairs. It can also be used as gifts for those with a sweet t00th.

 

Materials needed:

1 cup water

2 cups granulated sugar

2 cups shelled and roasted peanuts, P43

1 cup light corn syrup, P69

1/2 cup peanut butter, P33

1/4 stick butter

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

Baking sheet

Aluminum foil

Spatula
