The government offers free briefing sessions for aspiring entrepreneurs under the Department of Trade and Industry's Bureau of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development (BMSMED) at the BMSMED Training Room, 5/F DTI Building, 361 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City. It happens every Tuesday from 1:30 to 4:00 pm. The one hour per topic briefing sessions are geared towards enterprise creation and development to impart more knowledge and information necessary in starting and running a business.
