A fast growing firm based in Quezon City is looking for qualified applicants for the following positions:

1. Project Manager for Events and Conferences

Compensation and Benefits
• Starting fixed monthly salary of Php 30,000.00-40,000.00
• Travel allowances
• Commissions and profit-sharing
• Local and foreign travel opportunities
• Training opportunities

Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan, design and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Liaise with clients and partners to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
• Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and project quality
• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
• Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
• Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging project-related problems
• Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
• Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest

Qualifications and Competencies
• Male/Female
• 21-30 years old
• College graduate
• Presentable
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• MS Office proficiency
