sinabi mo pa mr.butch! :D meron pa ko na-encounter dati na when you franchise that biz, they want you to be in the premises of your biz all the time.  sort of like you are the manager of that store.  napataas kilay ko don.  kung ganoon lang din eh di sana pinasweldo na lang nila ako bilang manager at hindi na lang ako naglabas ng pera sa kanila.  ;D

pasensya na at napadaan lang po, pupunahin ko lang na tama po ang sinabi ni mr. butch, na wag kayong papayag na gawin kayong agent ng franchisee nyo, kasi ang dami na png ganyan. ginawa atang MLM?

mr. ribbit, totoo pong merong nag rerequire na ibang franchisee ng ganyan, pero actually, this is for your own advantage, kasi in acquiring a franchise para ka rin nag put up ng business...
nakasalalay sa yo ang tagumpay nyan at hindi lang sa franchisee..

that's why merong mga franchisor na nagsasara kasi akala nila tatakbo lang mag isa ang business, kasi nga franchise, but that's not the case..
eto po yun sabi sa article na ni-post ni maneki:

well, i dont like it. hehehe! (no offense meant sa yo, etten at maneki.)

kung ako magfa-franchise, maaaring sa simula, hands-on talaga paghawak ko sa biz.  pero after awhile, syempre gusto ko rin ng expansion... whether another franchise ng same biz, or another.  :)

;D ;D ;D, exactly the point. sa umpisa ka lang dapat magbantay ng franchise mo or any kind of business for that matter. pag established na ang biz, at nakaka operate na mag isa sa kamay ng iyong katiwala, iwan mo na sya at tuwing collection nalang ng income ka pupunta.. ;)

pde ka manakawan nyan ng hindi mo alam yun yung possibility. pede ksi si manager and staff magka conchaba. wla naman si mam o si sir ako lagi nagbabantay sa akin lahat ng hirap tapus si sir/mam collection lang. kukupit yan. i know a biz owners na super tight sila and the owners work in the biz hands on sobra sila. tingnan mo now...they earned enough funds nakapagtayo sila ng 2 commercial complex in diff location. ginawa nilang rentals. swak. when they retire may funds sila from rentals galing.

You have a very good point.  So, how does one get a good franchise even if you're not there 24/7?  Is it possible to hire or get an industrial partner instead?  Tapos, you'll be the financier?

Sana this is possible, so many of us who hold regular jobs can still get a franchise!
