Kimmie, join ako rito ha, sana marami rin ako matutunan! Dapat title nung thread "Financial Plans or anything na medyo broad yong concept ;D  At glance kala ko puro PhilEquity usapan?  hehehe opinyon lang po. ;D

For me, i divided my investment into a triangle pattern as i have read and also taught in some financial trainings/seminars i have attended.  The base of which should be the less risky instruments like CTDs, Bonds, Real estate, etc.  But It doesn't mean I have them ha... hahaha!!!.Trying to have stage pa ko.  The tip of the triangle should be the riskiest investment like stocks.  The concept is, mas malaki yong portion ng fund mo na nasa base, and the smallest portion should be allocated for those nearing the tip.

Guys, what do ya think? ::)  ::)  ::)

Dalawang Balanced at dalawang Equity. Pero mas malaki ang investments ko s Equity. Bali 2 companies po yung kinuhanan ko.

cheers..:D

For me, mutual funds are for busy people and for long-term hold. ;)

If you don't have time to study and monitor your investment, let the professionals do it but you must hold it for a long time to maximize return.

for me, aside from your own business, you must be an investor to gain more in a shorter time.  Being an investor, you need to learn how to manage risk coz it is very risky.  You can gain 50% a day, but you can also lose same amount.  Have a strong investment base.   Mutual funds/uitf, pension, insurance, time deposit among others can form part of your base. Take time to plan your finances.  There is no shortcut.  Don't be fooled by "Get rich quick" scam.

ScorpionKing is right there is no shortcut to success.

you must also have a strong financial foundation. you must also buy ASSETS not LIABILITIES but unfortunately most people do the opposite.

1.)have u heard about philamlife peso equity fund? ok bang mag invest dito?
2.)pag kumuha ba ko ng ganitong investment, i heard na insured rin ako s knila, but if nag pull out bko ng investment does it mean na mawawala na rin yung insurance coverage ko?
3.)im in dubai right now, puede pa rin ba kong kumuha nito while im here and gusto ko kc under my name ko sya. is this possible? gusto ko na kc agad stang simulan.
4)what can u say about pension plan, mganda rin ba syang investment?

hi rupertfox :)
I can refer you to a registered financial planner if you want. Kasi I think you have a lot of questions there, eh. :D For Philequity lang itong thread na ito. Hihi. Pero 'yung irerefer ko sa iyo, she knows a lot din about Philam, Philequity, insurance, pensions, etc. :)

Visit my blog https://www.dontworrymakemoney.info and learn about how to handle money and how to invest it. There are many articles there just click on the level side bar. There is no short cut in becoming rich. Lucio Tan and Gokongwei did not become rich over night.

I'm interested in talking to professionals from any investment company whether PhilEquity, Sunlife or others. Could you refer someone?
