i have my internet cafe @ home... 5 pc's lang
well, swerte ako kasi wala ako rental (i use the extension of our house) pero kung meron, nako, matagal na ko nagsara
marami ako kalaban e and mas marami sila computers and they don't pay any taxes - e ako, legal
kakainis nga e pero if i were you, look for other investments

agree din po ako sa mga suggestions nila. kami po almost 3 years na ang shop namin d2 sa province 21 pc including po yung server.nung una ok naman pero after 2 years ang dami ng nagsulputang shop d2. and take note"MAYAYAMAN" ang may-ari.kahit sang sulok ka tumingin puro comp. shop na d2. nagbabagsakan cla ng presyo to think na ang taas ng kuryente d2 sa province.

grabe nga eh.lalo na kung ang mga kalaban mo eh nagtatapon lang ng pera or front lang nila yung shop you know. may iba papalang inooffer bukod sa internet and games.

kahit dito sa amin, not only in every corner but just a few blocks or business units me internet cafe...same rental rate is dropping bigtime to think na lahat ng gastusin is tumataas pero ang rental rate pababa...

sabi nga nila...business is risk pero why go there when people is telling you already the truth, it would only be a total waste of cash, effort and time to do this kind of business now.

I know highly saturated yung market as in sobra pero wala lang I was thinking na dapat mag innovate or do something different that would set you apart from other internet cafes...

i really want to get into thins type of business pero parang nakakatakot nga... talaga bang panget na ang i-cafe?

gamecube, wii, dreamcast, playstation2 and xbox 360, psp and nintendo ds

Netopia? back up by pldt, puhunan is nasa mall, rental is 35/hr.... 35/hr higher dapat talaga ang rental rate to survive in the business, pero kung 15/hr ka, kalaban mo 10/hr pababab....wag ka na sumugal.

so ang possible na alternative to this one is find a place sa mall?

what if I get a place near a school or someplace pero aayusin ko yung interiors. maganda yung mga upuan tapos airconditioned?

mahirap pa din po ba?

how much would it cost if I want to start in a mall and directly compete with netopia? hehehe

query lang [^_^]

school area are good, pero kailangan mo ask ang local government if they have any provision sa mga netcafe near school. iba iba kasi ang batas pagdating sa ganyan.

malaki ang perang kailangan mo kung sa mall, invest with more than 30 units. interior and more. mahal din ang rental.

correct me if im wrong... i've read 2 relies with double negatives: " Discourage you Not to..." double negative becomes positive.

anyways, kmi we own the place kaya walang rental but still hirap na talaga ng ganitong negosyo. my brother also asked me to add game consoles pero i decline kc nga d2 sa province mahal ang kuryente as in 7-8 per kilowatt...ouch! 6-7k nung wala na kmi a/c pero nung meron goshhhhhhhh.... umabot pa ko one time ng 13K!. sakit sa puso... and the net mahal din tapos walang pang assistance sa provider pag me problema.

Estudyante kasi ako ngayon and nakapart time job lang. Nag-iipon lang akong kapital magbabuy and sell ako ng computers samin.

hindi naman 4.  yung kuryente i guess is just 200 watts per hour maximum.  so 7/kw x .2kw = 1.4 pesos per hour.  mataas lang nga ang fixed expenses like salary and rent so mejo problema talaga.
