hi maneki,

Anyway, I am also a food enthusiast, and i am looking for a training on pastry baking, yung di naman sana costly/expensive ang fees. Thanks for your help and for your support sa mga katulad naming baguhan sa small-scale business.

regards,
bing

Thank you for your compliment and for recognizing my effort. I attend seminars, go to exhibits/trade fairs like the recent "Bakery World and Bakery Fair 2005".  Actually hindi lang sa baking or food, when I was still working in Makati I attend other exhibits like those pertaining to crafts and others.

Dapat lang kasi maging resourceful ka.  Sa mga expositions/exhibits/trade fairs minsan nag o-offer ng mga seminars at a very low cost or sometimes libre pa nga.  Last year I attended WOFEX, there was a free seminar on "How to Improve & Manage Your Bakery" by Universal Robina Corp. for 6 hours.

Siguro 2 hrs is enough for me.  But starting last year when I learned about the seminars being offered naging interested ako. We need to be updated sa mga bago.  Like in cake decorating marami ng bagong type of icing and style.

Sa Bakery Fair nga nag demo si Ms. Heny Sison, meron pa nga akong picture with her.  Ms. Pek Ching the famous pillow cake maker, Mr. Dennis Hipolito, Ms. Erlinda Ferrer, Mr. Ernie Babaran, Mr. Johnlu Koa and other well-known professionals in the culinary and baking industry also demonstrated.

But my experience on some low cost seminars demo type lang. Mas maganda if you can tell me what particular type of pastries ang gusto mong pag-aralan.  Pang Class A, B, C, or D ba?

Isa nga sa purpose ko sa thread na ito is for those people na nagtatanong ng "Who, What, When and Where" about starting a business. He started by baking sa oven ng "kapitbahay" nila.     :)

hi maneki,

Thanks po sa very detailed and informative na sagot, regarding dun sa tanong mo kung anong klaseng pastry ang gusto kong i-try, ang dream ko kasi is to provide danish-type of pastries sa mga broad C to D group, kasi napapansin ko yung mga pastries na binebenta sa market ay masyadong mahal, eg. french baker, le couer, delifrance, yung iba napapansin ko hanggang tingin nalang, kahit gusto bumili, di nalang kasi nga dahil sa price, am talking abt yung mga danish pastries, yung ganong klase na product costs 35.00 each sa french baker, at sa Le Couer, although alam ko kaya mahal dahil sa ingredients, I guess puede namang mag introduce ng replacement ingredients para di ganong mapapamahal ang pagpro-produce and at the same time may kikitain ka pa rin.

Btw, may I also request if you come across of any exposition or trade fair on food paki post nalang po dito sa forum natin, and also pls count me in for the meat processing seminar. Thank you talaga sa help I truly appreciate it.

Regards,
Bing

Maganda yata mai-encode ang mga ganito sa Entreplink calendar para ma-notify ang interested parties at least a week prior to the event.  Ano po sa palagay nyo?

Maganda talaga.

Basta may alam akong event at may time ako ip-post ko dito.

Nagpa buy one take one kasi ako e. Kuha ko sa supplier ko is 3.30. baka kaya ko pa ibaba sa 2.50 each. Please help.

Thanks:)

Check your PM.

puppetee,

She works in a flour company kaya may provincial clients ang company nila.

puppetee,

If you are referring to Mantou breadsticks just text or call the number ni Mike na I have posted before.
