The Lyceum of the Philippines University recently awarded a University Accreditation Program to McDonald’s Philippines for its Restaurant Management Development Program (RMDP).

The program is said to be the first of its kind in the quick-service restaurant industry. Under the program, Lyceum Philippines will grant all McDonald’s restaurant managers who have completed the four-level curriculum roadmap and have attended McDonald’s Restaurant Leadership Program with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management.

With a program like the Restaurant Management Development Program, you are able to help develop your employees into better individuals, and as even better employees. To date, there are 55 McDonald’s restaurant managers eligible for this program.
