Elaro: Being sustainable sells

Find out how its green initiative has been its best selling point
By |

Recently, more and more residential developments are developed in areas south of Manila, venturing into the Greater Manila Area.

One of the real estate developers first to embrace the suburbs is Ayala Land Premier, developing a portion of Laguna into an environmentally friendly enclave for residents who wants a respite from the heavily polluted centers of Manila.

During the launch of its latest project, Elaro, a project which aims to harmonize nature and urban convenience, Ayala Land Premier head Jose Juan Jugo said that the project’s unique selling proposition will be its proximity to a 14 hectare bird sanctuary.

“The project will be located at the heart of the Ayala Land’s eco-sustainable township, the development will be next to Nuvali’s 14-hectare bird sanctuary, home to 136 bird species. Given this, ALP has made very conscious efforts to ensure that it respects the project site’s natural terrain, doing minimal earthworks, with particular focus to preserve the mature trees found on site,” Jugo said.

Elaro itself will be developed on a 72 hectare low density development. “We want our kids to fully appreciate how beautiful it is to be living within a green, lush and natural environment, especially in this day and age where technology has become a vital part of our lives that personal communication between family members is diminished” Jugo said.

Following the success of the developer’s southern developments Ayala Westgrove Heights, Abrio, Montecito, and Santierra, ALP is once again setting a new benchmark in residential living with the introduction of Elaro—a project set to harmonize nature and urban convenience.

Elaro residents will have the opportunity to enjoy the property’s range of indoor and outdoor facilities and amenities that promote family interaction. There will be a social hall, a fitness area, as well as lap, kiddie, and lounge pools. Parks and playgrounds will house a multi-purpose field, a camp site, picnic areas, and man-made ponds.  Elaro, being situated in Nuvali, is likewise only a few minutes’ drive from the Makati Central Business District, prominent educational institutions, commercial centers, and recreational zones.

Elaro is another Ayala land Premier community in Nuvali that promises a distinctive living experience, one that is expertly planned and thoughtfully designed.
