Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of the most important skills marketing practitioners must master. The heart and soul of marketing lies in the relationships that exist between you and your customers, and keeping these relationships in good standing is one of the primary concerns of CRM. Essentially, CRM involves using various tools in order to create and maintain good relationships not just with existing customers, but with potential ones as well.

With the advent of the internet, marketing practitioners have added a useful tool in creating and implementing CRM strategies. However, access is not enough. What is important is learning how to utilize these online tools in order to make the most out of your CRM.

On June 27, Thursday, from 1:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., the CDM Boot Camp series brings you the eCRM CDM Boot Camp: Leveraging on Customer Relationship Management Technologies Online. This will be an intensive seminar workshop to teach participants not just what CRM is all about, but also discusses the best strategies and practices.

Speakers for this event include Jennifer Marquet, who has eight years of experience in CRM, program management, and e-commerce. She is currently the eCRM director of Cash Cash Pinoy, one of the leading online brands we have today. Another speaker to look forward to is Lawrence Villegas, a digital and CRM strategy consultant. His extensive experience in the field - being the president of TeamPlanu Inc. and formerly the director of CRM of Arc Worldwide Philippines Co., as well as the director for digital CRM at Leo Burnett Manila - makes him an expert on the subject.
