When employees are leaving your business left and right, there might something not right about the way your handle their needs.

1.Recruitment: You may be hiring the wrong people in the first place. If you are able to hire employees who are right for your company, you will have greater chances of retaining them.

2.Training: Employees may be getting frustrated because they are not getting the proper training they need for their work.

3.Culture: The work environment may not be very encouraging and people are not working well together.

4.Management: The employees may be disillusioned with the way the company is being run.

5.Compensation: The employees may feel that they are not valued as they should be in monetary terms.
