Renowned pastry chef Ewald Notter will conduct a seminar on August 6 at the SMX Convention Center as part of the featured events during the World Food Expo 2011 (WOFEX).
This is a great opportunity for those in the food business to meet a multi-awarded confectionary chef. Ewald Notter is the founder and director of Education of Notter School of Pastry Arts. He is known for his craftsmanship and teaching style.
Notter\\\'s awards total 15 gold medals, including gold with distinction at the 1984 IKA Culinary Olympics in Germany and the Gold Medal with Diploma at the International World Cake Fair in Japan.
He was also given the 5 Star Diamond award by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences in 2003 for being, "One of the Finest Confectionery Chefs of the World."
One of the country\\\'s largest and most comprehensive industry events, the World Food Expo 2011 (WOFEX) slated from August 3 to 6 at the World Trade Center and SMX Convention, will offer free demonstrations and seminars for the aspiring food entrepreneur.
The food expo will also be hosting the prestigious 2011 Philippine Culinary Cup. It is the only competition endorsed by the World Association of Chefs Societies and is the qualifying round for the Asian Pastry Cup 2012 in Singapore.
