AirAsia and its long-haul affiliate AirAsia X have launched their Red Hot Sale, which offers up to 3 million promotional seats to travelers going to more than 100 destinations across 22 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, the budget carrier announced Monday, March 7.
The sale is an opportunity for businessmen and other travelers to pre-book flights to specific destinations at significantly marked down fares.
Promotional seats start from a base fare of P1 ($0.02), excluding applicable taxes, fees, and other optional services (terms and conditions apply). Those are available starting March 7 until Sunday, March 13 through the budget carrier’s website (www.airasia.com) and its mobile site (mobile.airasia.com). Travel period covered is from October 1, 2016 to May 22, 2017.
“We have introduced many new and undiscovered routes throughout the region and grabbing a promo seat is the best way to discover new destinations,” said AirAsia Group Chief Commercial Officer Siegtraund Teh. The offers are for travelers who are open to making advance travel plans on undiscovered destinations throughout the region.
Red Hot P1 Sale covers flights to and from Manila, Kalibo, Palawan, Bohol, Cebu, Davao, and Tacloban, as well as international flights to South Korea, Malaysia, China, Macau, and Hong Kong.
AirAsia X’s Premium Flatbed to all its destinations are also up for sale. Travelers can take advantage of the long-haul budget carrier’s Fly-Thru service that connects flights to destinations such as Auckland, Gold Coast, Sydney, Sapporo, Tokyo, and more.
AirAsia BIG members and AirAsia BIG Prepaid MasterCard holders can earn 1 BIG point for every P28 ($0.60) spent while booking for promo seats during the 1-week sale period.
Bargain hunters can also enjoy up to 50% discount when they book their accommodations along with promo seats on www.airasiago.com.
