Cavite-Makati, Pasay-Laguna, and Other P2P Routes Coming Soon

At least 22 routes are planned this 2018
By Christa De La Cruz for |

Since its inception in 2016, the Department of Transportation's Premium Point-to-Point Bus Service has done its fair share to ease the everyday commute around Metro Manila and even beyond. It can now bring passengers from as far as Clark in Pampanga to Quezon City, Antipolo in Rizal to Ortigas, and Alabang to Taguig. In 2018, more routes are being rolled out by the government agency, including Cavite to Makati, Pasay to Laguna, and Pampanga to Nueva Ecija.

The Point-to-Point (P2P) bus service was launched in an effort to convince people to leave their cars at home and lessen traffic congestion in the Metro's major highways. By only traveling directly from the terminal to the drop-off (thus point-to-point), it allows shorter travel time and the comfort of having an easily available busÂat designated hours.
