Heirs or startup founders, they hit the billionaire status before turning 30.

Almost all of the billionaires on Forbes 2016 world’s billionaires list are under 30, most of whom are heirs and heiresses of their family’s long-established companies in their respective countries.

Snapchat founders Evan Spiegel and Bobby Murphy are the only self-made billionaires who made it on this list, after their company hit a reported valuation of $16 billion in 2015.

The youngest billionaire is a 19-year-old girl from Norway, who does not run her own company yet but whiles away her time riding horses.

They are joined by seven others who have either remained in the sidelines of their family's businesses, or treading their own paths in other industries.

1. Alexandra Andresen, 19

Net worth: $1.2 billion

Location: Oslo, Norway

The 19-year-old Andresen became a billionaire when her father, Johan Andresen, transferred 42% of their investment company, Ferd, to her and her sister’s names, Forbes reported. The family has been a long-time household name in Norway, after heading one of the largest tobacco companies there. Andresen still does not hold any position in their company, but spends her time riding horses. In fact, she is a 3-time, dressage-riding champion in her country.

2. Katharina Andresen, 20

Net worth: $1.2 billion

Location: Oslo, Norway

Sister of Alexandra, the 20-year-old also acquired her wealth after the company’s stake was transferred to her name. Similarly, Katharina does not hold any position in their family company yet, and is still finishing her studies. She is currently a freshman at the University of Amsterdam, Forbes reported.

3. Gustav Magnar Witzoe, 22

Net worth: $1.1 billion

Location: Kverva, Norway

Similar to the Andresen sisters, Witzoe acquired his fortune after his father, also Gustav Witzoe, gave him 47% of Salma, the family’s fish farming company. The young Witzoe does not hold any power in the firm, but instead ventured into real estate and startups, Forbes reported.

The other half of the duo behind Snapchat, Spiegel is the youngest self-made billionaire on the list. The social media app allows its users to send photos and videos to friends, and gets deleted after viewing. Launched in 2011, Snapchat now has an estimated 100 million users daily, Forbes reported. The Stanford graduate developed Snapchat with his fraternity brother, Bobby Murphy, who also heads the company. Facebook tried to buy Snapchat in 2013 for $3 billion, which the duo turned down. After two years, the application has reportedly raised more than $530 million in stocks, and is valued at $16 billion.

5. Ludwig Theodor Braun, 26

Braun owns 9.69% of his family’s company, B. Braun Melsungen AG, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of medical products, Forbes wrote. The company is currently headed by Ludwig’s father, Ludwig Georg Braun, the man behind the company’s remarkable turnaround. It currently employs 54,000 people and had reported revenues worth $5.4 billion in 2014.

6. Bobby Murphy, 27

Son of California state employees, with a Filipino mother, Murphy grew up in the US and studied mathematics and computational science in Stanford University.

7. Wang Han, 27
