Free DTI seminars for SMEs on Sept. 6

The seminars will tackle the food business and intellectual property

Encouraging Filipinos to become entrepreneurs is one of the best economic policies of the government.

The Department of Trade and Industry’s Bureau of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Development is now conducting free seminars for startup entrepreneurs and those who aspire to become one.

On September 6, 2011, the Food and Drug Administration will hold an Orientation on the Food Fortification Program of the government from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The second session will be done by the Intellectual Property Office - Philippines, which will discuss the Awareness on the Role of Intellectual Property in Business Growth, from 2:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

There is no need to sign up. All interested entrepreneurs can proceed to the BMSMED Training Room at the 5th floor of the Trade and Industry Building, 361 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City.
